Key Kodak distributor Photologic is bucking the economic 'doom and gloom' trend as it expands its UK workforce to meet growing demand for its products and services.

And its biggest client, Kodak, has reaffirmed its pledge to ongoing investment in traditional professional photographic papers with the imminent UK launch of a brand new digital paper product that promises photographers 'noticeable improvements' in image quality.

Calum Thomson, Photologic sales director, said: "The addition of the new SUPRA ENDURA VC Digital Paper to the Kodak output portfolio really underlines the company's commitment to maintain pole position in this market. The high performance levels of SUPRA ENDURA VC paper, which will be available later this autumn, will help provide a new 'dynamic' and fresh sales opportunity for photographers across the country."

Kodak says its new paper offers enhanced colour thanks to 'advanced colour coupler technology' and 'state-of-the-art' image stability - providing excellent durability and outstanding longevity.
