Colourgen has announced the appointment of Kimberley Coutts to the position of Aftersales Support Coordinator and has also appointed Barbara Howlett as its new Technical Administrator to handle in-coming customer support calls.
The role of Aftersales Support Coordinator includes checking and confirming product availability and pricing, arranging and confirming delivery dates, raising order confirmations and liaising with Colourgen's purchasing, Engineering, Credit control, Warehousing and Logistics departments to ensure timely and efficient despatch of goods to customers.Kimberley Coutts will also be responsible for handling returns and resolving customer queries.
Prior to Colourgen, Kimberley worked at Intact Networks, holding the position of Account Renewal Executive.She has also held Sales Support and Administration roles at a number of companies including Daly International and Barloworld Handling Limited.
As Technical Support Administrator, Barbara Howlett will be responsible for logging all in-coming support calls, providing administration and support for both internal and field engineers and maintaining spare parts stock in the warehouse and with the engineers. Prior to this appointment, Barbara has carried out a number of sales and technical support roles for companies including Jarvis Hotels and Allergan.
