Lucidiom Inc. now offers four new multi-sized Creative Collections template packs to photofinishing retailers for use with its Automated Photo Machines (APMs).Lucidiom's Creative Collections software allows consumers to place their digital photos in a wide range of greeting cards templates and scrapbook pages.
"Just in time for the holidays, these new software packs allows consumers to create highly personalised, multi-sized photo prints for gifts, scrapbooks and greeting cards," said Lucidiom President and CTO Steve Giordano, Jr.
"Want to tout your 3-year-old as the next Michael Jordan?Our Sports Pack lets you put his photo within a basketball-themed frame.Plus all the packs go beyond the standard photo drop, drag and print functions.Consumers can tweak and customise the photo to make it a life-long keepsake."
Four new packs are available:
oliday Pack with 10 December holiday cards and 4 calendar designs
reative Edges Pack with 15 edges and borders to place around photos
tationery Pack with 16 designs for thank you notes, graduation cards, change of address cards and party invitations
ports Pack with 6 designs for sports-themed prints
The templates within each pack come in multiple print sizes from 4x6 inches to 12x18 inches, thus they can be used for more than just greeting cards, but also for scrapbook pages and framed prints.
"Photofinishing retailers now easily and cost-effectively can afford to have a diverse set of templates that cover holidays, birthdays and numerous other occasions," added Giordano, Jr.
"Our packs are less than half the cost of our competitors, and every one of the Lucidiom templates comes in multiple sizes - at least 4x6, 4x8 and 5x7, with some as large as 12x18. ith our Creative Collections packs, retailers truly can go beyond 4x6 with higher-margin photo prints."
Consumers also can get the best photos and gifts possible with the software's automatic red-eye elimination, cropping and image enhancement features. Once their photos are merged into the templates, they can zoom in on any part of the image, move the image around and add text in various colours and fonts to highly personalize the print.
