Canon is driving the new approach with customised services and investment programmes for its resellers.
The new sales organisation will provide dedicated account management and after sales support services: dealers will benefit from the Account Manager's know-how, and will have dedicated marketing tools to optimise their order patterns as well as working together in supply, stock, pricing and sales.

Peace of mind is assured through the Easy Service Plan programme, a new set of product support services tailored for the SME market. The three options available include an equipment installation service, a 3-year return to base service, and a 3-year on-site next day repair service for business-critical equipment.
