Tchibo has acquired its first factory outlet unit at Springfields Factory Outlet Centre, Spalding, Lincolnshire.
The company has taken a ten-year lease on the 2,150 sq ft (200 sq m) ground-floor unit, at an annual rent of (the greater of) 53,750 or 10% of turnover.
