The SWPP & BPPA's 2006 Annual Convention is set to receive over 3,000 delegates at the Royal Court Hotel and Convention Centre in Coventry, 13th-15th January, with a huge list of cutting edge speakers from 4 continents.

Convention bookings have rocketed in the last few weeks, say the organisers, and so far they have filled 3 major hotel venues and are rapidly researching other accommodation to meet the demand. The response from the trade has been magnificent: "I simply cannot emphasise how delighted we are knowing that we can drive enquiries to our industry supporters," said CEO Phil Jones.

"The Society is receiving an outstanding number of membership enquiries on a weekly basis as praise of the 2005 Convention continues to permeate through the Industry. The increase in membership applications as a result of the SWPP & BPPA's success is likely to drive the numbers well in excess of many other UK organisations.

"We are already researching future venues for our Annual Conventions, but finding ones with sufficient accommodation to meet our expanding is no easy task. The popularity of the Trade show and speaker line up is attracting a large number of overseas enquiries so proximity to a major airport and the motorway network is a priority," he added.

SWPP say preparations are already well underway for the 2007 Convention. Trade stand bookings are already being placed and international key speakers are also pledging their support.
