Photolink appoints two new people

Photolink Creative Group, the Manchester-based creative marketing agency, is strengthening its photographic team with two new appointments.

Paul Fawley joins as a still life photographer, working on clients such as Argos, Manchester United and Chelsea FC.With 26 years experience in commercial photography including fashion, advertising, and editorial, Paul works closely with camera manufacturer Hasellblad as a Software Beta Tester.

In 2003 Paul was part of the Imacon World Tour, presenting to international photographers at the British Museum, and he is a member of the Association of Photographers, the National Union of Journalists, and www.pro-imaging.org, a new web based discussion group for photographers with members around the world.

Tiina Hietanen joins as Old School House manager, where she will be responsible for managing all shoots in the cutting edge studios, which opened earlier this month following a three-and-a-half month refurbishment programme and a six figure investment.

Tiina, who hails from Finland, has a masters in Documentary Production from Salford University, along with a BA (Hons) in Audio Visual production.She will be working with clients such as Kangol, and Adidas to ensure the studios run efficiently and are kept in immaculate condition.

Commenting on the appointments, Photolink managing director Jayne Riley said: "Our photography division remains as strong as ever, and these appointments reflect that.With the opening of the Old School House studios there are exciting times ahead and Paul and Tiina will play key roles in developing the business."
