Colour Confidence, the colour management specialist, has announced the expansion of its colour correction software range, with the introduction of two new solutions from PictoColor.

Aimed at the digital photography market, iCorrect EditLab ProApp 6 and iCorrect Portrait are easy to use applications offering professional standard features, designed to save time and ease the frustrations commonly associated with photographic packages.

iCorrect EditLab ProApp 6 offers a simplified approach to batch processing large volumes of images. EditLab Pro's colour control tool sets are completely independent of one another, alleviating the common problem of accidentally throwing one element off-balance while correcting another. The ProcessQ feature allows users to save a set of actions and apply it to any number of images, saving time and ensuring consistency.

iCorrect Portrait offers the same ease of use and time-saving features, with a range of options specifically designed for portrait and event photographers, including award-winning one-click skin tone correction technology. Other 'one-click' controls include black and white point settings, colour balance, and brightness and contrast adjustment. As iCorrect Portrait operates as a Photoshop plug-in, the program's settings can be recorded as a Photoshop action for a fast, automated digital workflow.

iCorrect EditLab ProApp 6, priced at £85/129 ex. VAT, and iCorrect Portrait (£65/99 ex. VAT) are both available now fromwww.colourconfidence.com and the expanding ColorStore network. iCorrect Portrait is currently Photoshop CS2 compatible, with a free of charge CS3 upgrade to follow shortly.
