These were just three of the many companies affected by the massive fire last week at Hemel Hempstead. Here's the lastest...

Epson says:

The Epson offices at Hemel Hempstead are out of action and currently off limits until further notice.t is Epson's intention to continue operating our commercial services as near to normal as possible and it is hoped that any disruption experienced by our customers will be temporary.

We have secured temporary offices which are able to house the majority of our staff, see below for address...

Obviously mobile phone contacts are also unaffected.

Fujifilm says:

"The Fujifilm building affected by the Buncefield explosion is the R&D facility of Fujifilm Electronic Imaging (UK) Ltd, a design and manufacturing company of pre-press equipment and systems. As a result of the explosion, Fujifilm personnel are not being allowed access to the building in Hemel Hempstead at present, so we can't comment on the extent of the damage. However, we can report that there were no serious injuries or fatalities as a result of the explosion.

Temporarily, key functions (for instance Customer Support) have been transferred to a local sister plant, as part of our Disaster Recovery plan, and are fully operational. As a second stage of the plan, temporary accommodation is being sought for other personnel. Fujifilm has comprehensive Disaster Recovery plans and an extensive UK operation so we anticipate being largely back to normal fairly
swiftly. We will release more information when it becomes available."

Koday says:

"Kodak has two buildings on the site, warehouse and offices. The warehouse building was relatively unaffected but there was damage to the office building. Fortunately there was no one in either building at the time of the explosion. The admin staff were redeployed to Harrow and were ready for 'business as usual' first thing on Monday morning.
